Symptom:

"Directory Services" Synchronization from CDA and Web based CDA is throwing the following errors

Manual "Directory Services" Synchronization from Web based CDA is throwing the below error "CDAUI2082 At least one error has occurred during the manual synchronization of directory services. Contact technical support "

Synchronization of Directory services from CDA is throwing the following error "Atleast one error occured during the Synchronization process" [Time 12.51 PM] - CL Issue - Logs backup taken by Bharath

Conditions:

Manual "Directory Services" Synchronization from Web based CDA
Manual "Directory Services" Synchronization from Desktop CDA

Above issues are seen under below scenarios:

-Issue seen after Unified CCX 8.0(1) L2 Upgrade. 
-Issue seen when Unified CCX Failover, Failback is done on L2 upgraded system
-Issue seen when L2 upgraded nodes are Switched back to earlier versions
