Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus policer statistics do not increment for class-maps that match on ACL
 entries using the log keyword.

Issue only affects the policer counter statistics. The policer will still
 function correctly.

 Conditions:
 - ACL must use the log keyword.
 - Issue only seen when displaying Qos policer statistics via the
 <i>'show policy-map interface'</i> command.
