Cisco Bug: CSCtd92691 - Backend notifications, Outlook does not generate new iCalendarUIDs
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco Unified MeetingPlace
- Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Each notification from MPOutlook, when scheduling a meeting through MPWeb or MeetingTime, will replace the previous calendar event of the last scheduled meeting. Outlook cancels the first meeting, making it look like you rescheduled even though they are two separate meetings. This happens for every backend meeting notification. Conditions: When MeetingPlace creates a new backend notification, from a meeting schedule by MPWeb or MeetingTime, MPOutlook does not generating a new iCalendarUID for any new meetings, but using the same one and increasing the InstanceNumber. The Sequence number remains constant but at a high number.
