Description (partial)

Symptom:
 When a campaign starts, the call details are displayed in CAD, however, when you try to accept the call, CAD throws an error "Unable to connect to Enterprise server. Outbound option not available." Enterprise service is up & running. Eventually CAD hangs & only way to get CAD back is to forcefully kill it & restart. The issue IMHO is not in CAD, its an issue with the Enterprise service.

Found in GB drop 3 Build 18.
