Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you reset/restart the phone or update the line of a device profile (so user uses extension mobility) that is controlled by sametime plugin, sametime can no longer control the line of that phone unless you restart the client. If you do the same with a user that has a normal phone/line, sametime regains control automatically after the reset.

Conditions:
Error message in log: CALL COULD NOT BE CREATED:- CONTROLLED PHONE IS NOT IN SERVICE
