Description (partial)

Symptom:
When various timers expire on WebAtuh (as a fallback authentication method), AUTHMGR does not restart the authentication sequence today.

This behaviour is not consistent with other authentication methods. When dot1x/MAB is used as a method and a timer expires, is restarts the authentication sequence.

So this DDTS is to ensure that the same behaviour is observed across the board.

Conditions:
Only seen when WebAuth is configured as a fallback authentication method.
