Description (partial)

Symptom:
When an IVR is conferenced in to play a greeting to the customer, as the customer call is answered by an agent, the IVR message (greeting) clipped either partially or completely.

Conditions:
Customer call is answered by an agent
Conference to IVR invoked via CTI to play a greeting to the customer
