"The ID you entered was not found" error received when user tries to login to "Cisco Supervisor Desktop"

This could happen when some config object gets corrupt during unclean shutdown of the system, using CLI command to shut down the system will prevent these. Depending on the config object corrupt an alert gets displayed in RTMT application, syslog and would look like:
MADM-CFG_MGR-3-CONFIG_OBJECT_CORRUPTED:Error while reading config. Probably it was corrupt: Config Class=<config name>

And in the log file a message like:
19475: Feb 01 16:26:35.309 PST %MIVR-CFG_MGR-3-CONFIG_OBJECT_CORRUPTED:Error while reading config. Probably it was corrupt: Config Class=class,

When the system is shutdown ungracefully and not through CLI.
