Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some Subscriber Account Management Interface Specification (SAMIS)/ IP Detail Record (IPDR) processes are incorrectly killed. This may cause memory leaks on the Route Processor (RP)/Network Processing Engine (NPE). 

Conditions:
This issue is seen when there is high CPU usage on the RP/NPE and when SAMIS/IPDR is running.
