Description (partial)

This is a feature request to change the ACS functionality.

It would be desirable to control the ACS Windows database
authentication to have control over which domains ACS will attempt to
authenticate to.

This feature request is to add the ability to add a "white-list" or a
"black-list" of domains to ACS either explicitly mentioning what
domains we will authenticate to or defining a list of domains we should
not attempt an authentication to (even if we find a trust to them).
