Symptom:

1. Telepresence unit is not able to connect to the WebEx meeting, upon connecting hear silence 
2. WebEx user is not able to see the meeting upon accessing the WebEx URL contained in the CTS-Manager email
 
Conditions:

CTS-Manager running release 2.0.0.0(230)
