Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The main symptom is that after configuring the "isProtected" phone field to true with AXL on SIP phones the database will not restart. If the database is down, one cannot access the administration GUI. A "database communication error" will occur. Conditions: The customer environment would be one with a call manager running the Cisco Unified Communication Manager software 7.1(5) unrestricted version.
