Description (partial)

TCAM add for mfib vmr entry failed when there are entries in multicast pending queue due to tcam add failures. This leads to unused adjacencies in HW and need to be cleaned up.

1. This is specific to IPv6 multicast and E3 cards.
2. There should be entries in the pending queue.
3. TCAM add operation fails. This throughs the following message.

SLOT 2:00:08:56: %EE48-3-IPV6_TCAM_CAPACITY_EXCEEDED: IPv6 multicast pkts will be software switched.
To support more IPv6 multicast routes in hardware:
Get current TCAM usage with: show controllers ISE <slot> tcam
In config mode, reallocate TCAM regions e.g. reallocate Netflow TCAM to IPv6 Mcast
  hw-modul to IPv6 Mcast
  hw-module slot <num> tcam carve rx_ipv6_mcast <v6-mcast-percent>
  hw-module slot <num> tcam carve rx_top_nf <nf-percent>
Verify with show command that sum of all TCAM regions = 100%
Reload the linecard for the new TCAM carve config to take effect
WARNING: Recarve may affect other input features(ACL,CAR,MQC,Netflow)
