Symptom: After secure store change, Central Manager fails to send configuration updates to the registered WAEs. Syslog shows pad block corrupted warning: 12/15/2009 09:19:25.791(Local) [W] cdm(DataFeedPoll): CLI command failed : Failed to decrypt data.pad block corrupted. Failed to decrypt data Conditions: 1. Secure store is "Initialized and opened" in both PCM and SCM. 2. Change Secure store for PCM from cli using "cms secure store change" command. 3.Observed the cms errorlog of PCM and SCM.
