Symptom: The following error message was seen. Once in a failed state, the active flow statistics reported in the "show ip cache flow" is zero eventhough there is active traffic traversing the ASR1K. .Dec 12 20:03:17.161 PST: %FMFP-3-OBJ_DWNLD_TO_CPP_FAILED: F0: fman_fp_image: IF-BIND: if_handle 0x44, mon_id 4 (cache_type 1, sampler_id 0) download to CPP failed Conditions: Repeated enabling and disabling of netflow configurations on the interfaces and constant toggling of export versions can trigger the problem described above. The issue is seen when the tests are run in a particular order. If the tests are run separetely the issue is not see.
