Description (partial)


Calls transfered from unity to ICM will intermittently fail with busy signal


1.PSTN  callers call into unity.
2. They press digits to be transfered to icm.
3. icm system handler will do consult transfer and send the call to ICM.
4. ICM redirects the call to cvp 
5. CUCM matches Router pattern and send the call via h323 trunk to CVP.
6. CVP accepts the call and after successful h245 will send ECS since the call needs to go to vxml gateway.
7. CUCM will also send ECS to CVP since unity is completing the transfer.
8. At this point, cucm tries to resume the session and sends TCS to CVP and gets MSD from cvp.

CUCM does not respond to this MSD and call drops after few seconds
