Conditions:
A system configured for CUBE(SP) can generate a core file and switch to the redundant peer in specific call forking scenarios.  The specific scenario can be generally described as a call forking scenario in which the call forking is happening significantly downstream from the CUBE(SP) to which it is unable to recognize the forking via the "to" tags.  Additionally, media-bypass has to be enabled on the call.
