Description (partial)

Symptom:

Cisco Agent desktop ( CAD)  does not support reason codes greater than  65536

Conditions:

If the ICM reason code is less than 65536, CAD correctly sends the logout reason code in the CTIOS message 

But if the reason code value is greater than 65536, CAD sends a logout with the reason code set to unknown value.

You can set reason code greater than 65536 in Reason Code List tool of ICM Configuration Manager
