Symptom: A flag is used to determine whether or not passing the CLC_ISDN or CLC_PSTN transparently when both originating and terminating side are DPNSS. The flag should be set on terminating side. Values: 0 or 1. default value :0 Conditions: it is a DPNSS sigpath propeproty, should be set on terminating DPNSS side.
