Description (partial)

When logging into UC administration, intermittently one may see ''Cannot get a connection, 
pool exhausted''.  Or if all connections are completely leaked, you will get ''Login 

This problem occurs when Unity Connection is configured in an Active/Active (A/A) pair, and It is 
seen in various versions of UC 7.x and 8.x.  If a customer is encountering a similar symptom but 
is not running an A/A pair, then this is not the same issue described in this defect.

CSCtd45086 is an issue with similar symptoms, however that issue can occur in any Unity 
Connection configuration configuration (not just A/A), and it occurs when reports are run.
