Description (partial)

An MSB Firewall blade in a XR12000 router running 3.5.2 may reload with the following error...

spu_main[250]: %L2-SPU-3-COREDUMP_FP_NOTIF : SPU fatal error occured ... Fast path ME are stopped . Core dump will be stored on CP

This is a rare case and the conditions that triigger this problem are unknown.
Collect the core file from the core: directory on the MSB and check that the ME fastpath utilization was 100%.

cdump -u

Having Fastpath utilization at 100% is evidence that that the microengine (ME) was stopped.
100% utilization does not happen in normal MSB operation. A watchdog monitors the ME utilization and in case of full load for 2 sec it will reload MSB.
