Symptom:

WCS Controller templates - 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n Parameters when pushed out to a controller forces all the AP's power level to be fixed at 1.
Conditions:

WCS Controller templates - 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n Parameters when pushed out to a controller forces all the AP's power level to be fixed at 1 even though the power status is set to automatic and enabled.
