Cisco Bug: CSCtd75555 - BT headset custom name should be cleared after unpairing

Symptom: BT headset custom name is not cleared after unpairing. Conditions: I paired and connected BT headset 'Jabra BT8040' to the phone and renamed the headset as 'BTheadset'. I unpaired the headset, put the headset in discovery mode and scanned the BT device. Phone discovered the BT headset and displayed the device 'Jabra BT8040'. When I pressed "Pair" softkey, the device name 'Jabra BT8040' was replaced with the previous custom name 'BTheadset'.
