Symptom: Win 7, AWT in CIPC will exit app or hung CIPC APP if default audio source is not plug into the system Conditions: 1) CIPC installed on Windows 1st time 2) USB headset is plug into the systems. However in the Control Panel sound device, The USB headset is not select as the default. The audio device from system sound is set as default, but there is not analog headset plug to it. 3) When CIPC launch and AWT cannot detect the default audio device, CIPC would either exit or hung at AWT.
