Description (partial)

Symptom:
On upgrading to UCCX 7.0(1)SR05 the Playback option in the Supervisor Record Viewer in the Supervisor Desktop fails to playback. The files have a valid size and can be played when converted to .wav files.

Conditions:

Mostly observed on upgrading to SR05 in UCCX 7.0(1) (Needs to be confirmed from which version)
