Description (partial)

EzVPN client might get disconnected at about the ISAKMP renegotiation time.

When the ISAKMP lifetime is about to expire, some time before the expiry new SA should be built that would take over. In some scenarios the spoke might initiate two renegotiations (second one is triggered by DPD) which confuses the peers and breaks the continuity of the tunnel.

EzVPN with dVTI using certificate-based authentication seems to be affected.
