Description (partial)

Under specific conditions, when OSPF NSR is enabled, and psarb process is crashed during c1200 router operation, OSPF may maxage its router LSA during the subsequent RP fail over.
The router LSA is only readvertised when the new active RP does periodic refresh of the given LSA.
As a result, the directly connected networks to the router may be unreachable for up to 30 minutes after the RP fail over.

If NSR is not used, there could be a short traffic outage for the affected prefixes upon the above conditions (usually seconds), but the extended outage won't happen.

The problem only happens when psarb process crashes before RP fail over.
