Symptom:
Switch Processor mls-igmp Process holding more and more memory over time can trigger a crash:

Memory allocation failures are could be seen in the mls-igmp Process

Conditions:
Tracebacks are seen for MCAST-SW2_SPSTBY-6-ETRACK_STATS_LIMIT_EXCEEDED and device crashes when runs out of memory
