Description (partial)

Symptoms: A packet buffer leak may occur when using the Service Reflect 
feature.

Conditions: This symptom is observed when an uncoalesced input packet is 
received by the service reflect VIF in the fast-switching context. The input 
packet will not be freed after obtaining a new packet buffer and coalescing 
the input packet into the new buffer.
