Symptom:
 
When configuring OSPFv3 encryption, the encryption (cipher) key is replaced 
with the authentication key. If the authentication key is shorter than the 
encryption key, it is padded with zeros.
 
Conditions:
 
OSPFv3 using ipsec encryption.
