Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUBE received INVITE message with c= IN IPV4 0.0.0.0 with direction attribute a=inactive for HOLD.  While sending INVITE on the other leg, CUBE is sending with c= IN IPV4 'cube ip-address' with direction attribute a=inactive instead of sending with c= IN IPV4 0.0.0.0 with direction attribute a=inactive.

Conditions:
This will occur for SIP-SIP hold & resume case.
