Description (partial)

When user exit from configuration mode, if 'logging monitor' is configured to sev6 or sev7, in addition to normal syslog message that indicates that the system was configured by <user> on <address>, the system also generates another syslog message that indicates that the system was 'Configured from 0 by systest':
n1k# conf
n1k# 2009 Dec 7 17:16:46.922 n1k %VSHD-5-VSHD_SYSLOG_CONFIG_I: Configured from vty by test on
2009 Dec 7 17:16:46.943 n1k 4390]: CLIC-6-EXIT_CONFIG: Configured from 0 by systest

The 'Configured from 0 by systest' syslog message is not necessary and should be suppressed.

Exit config mode with 'logging monitor' sev6 or sev7.
