Description (partial)

Symptom:
When user exit from configuration mode, if 'logging monitor' is configured to sev6 or sev7, in addition to normal syslog message that indicates that the system was configured by <user> on <address>, the system also generates another syslog message that indicates that the system was 'Configured from 0 by systest':

The 'Configured from 0 by systest' syslog message is not necessary and should be suppressed.

Conditions:
Exit config mode with 'logging monitor' sev6 or sev7.
