Description (partial)

Symptoms:

The process cfmd is abnormally terminated shortly after configuring an SLA operation. In some situations, this may happen a finite number of times.

Conditions:

The problem occurs when an SLA operation is configured with a profile that:
 a) Collects a statistic and does not aggregate the data into bins,
 b) Has multiple buckets per probe,

and the operation is started mid probe.
