Description (partial)

Symptom:
Following message is logged immediately after an ISSU upgrade:
%SYSMGR-SLOT10-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "ipfib" (PID 1591) hasn't caught signal 11 (core will be saved).
Conditions:
IPFIB crash may occur during recovery of multicast routes in HW following ISSU upgrade.

Following conditions have to be met to encounter this issue:
Multiple VRFs are configured
Multicast routing is configured and routes are present during upgrade
Multiple ISSU upgrades have occurred without a reload of the switch (ex. 4.1(5) -> 4.2(2) -> 4.2(2a))
