When using a custom web auth bundle and the client PC is using FireFox, they
can receive a 405 Method not allowed error after entering their user
credentials if their default browser homepage is the official Firefox homepage.

Issue is not seen with any of the following:  Internet Explorer, WLC internal
web page, using http instead of https.


Custom web auth bundle, Firefox, and client browser's homepage is the main FF page.
