Symptom:

I wrote a script which performs the below steps repeatedly:

#     1. Press "CFwdALL" softkey when phone A is on-hook
#     2. Enter Phone B's DN
#     3. Capture the SIP message, parse the initial NOTIFY.
#        The NOTIFY should include "cfwdall-set" filed
#     4. Place a call to A from C, the call is forwarded to B.
#     5. Remove the CFwdALL
#     6. Press the calling line of the phone B
#     7. Press "CFwdALL" softkey when phone B is offhook
#     8. Enter Phone B's DN
#     9. Capture the SIP message, parse the initial NOTIFY.
#        The NOTIFY shouldn't include "cfwdall-set" filed
#     10. Place a call to A from C, the call is forwarded to B.
#     11. Remove the CFwdALL
