Cisco Bug: CSCtd64698 - 3.9.0 33I-UI: VPLS traffic dropped in the fabric of the egress LC
May 10, 2018
- Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Unicast traffic for bridge domain ID 0 could be dropped by crashing multicast processes (mrib and pim) via CLI. Conditions: When a user intentionally crashes any combination of "process crash mrib" and "process crash pim" in a row (double fault) in a scaled setup (16,000 multicast routes) it is possible that unicast traffic will be dropped for bridge domain 0.
