Description (partial)

Symptom:

Unicast traffic for bridge domain ID 0 could be dropped by crashing multicast processes (mrib and pim) via CLI. 

Conditions:

When a user intentionally crashes any combination of "process crash mrib" and  "process crash pim" in a row (double fault) in a scaled setup (16,000 multicast routes) it is possible that unicast traffic will be dropped for bridge domain 0.
