Description (partial)

Symptom: Sometimes, after installing the VMSS software (version 6.2.1), the VMSS application is not started automatically due to a license error. The following error message is seen on the CLI console - %Error: Cannot reach license daemon (Specified UDI not found or Daemon is down)

Condition: On SRE modules, a fresh installation of VMSS software (verison 6.2.1) is done and the system is automatically rebooted. After reboot,  the application bringup results in a failure with the above mentioned error message.
