Symptoms: Issuing the <CmdBold>no ipv6 router eigrp 20039<noCmdBold> command
causes the router to crash.

Conditions: The symptom is observed with two or more routers, one of which is
configured with aggressive hold-interval/hold-time (1s/3s).
