Cisco Bug: CSCtd62963 - Order the output of sho mem track by amount of bytes used

This is an enhancement request for the ability to get the output of show memory tracking sorted to put highest memory consumer at the top of the output. This would speed up memory leak investigations. Symptom: Currently the memory tracking entries are stored in a hash table only which provides no way to sort the show memory tracking output. Conditions: Show memory tracking does not show the output in order by the bytes consumed. As a solution, I have implemented an enhancement by using an existing binary tree data structure so that the entries can be sorted on the fly when they are inserted, removed, and updated.
