Symptom:In the newly connected call (re-INVITE to resume call) contains the contact header of the initial terminating side. Conditions:In IPCC solution, when a call is initiated from a sip side then the call connects to an announcing server and up on availability of an agent the call is redirected to the agent. When the call is being redirected to agent the contact address is still same as that of the announcing server or that of the initial call.
