Description (partial)

Symptom:

Voice GW stops generation of Ring Back Tone when "#" key is pressed. 

Conditions:

This symptom depends on MGCP RQNT parameter sent from CUCM.

When CUCM sends MGCP RQNT command with the following parameter, Voice GW continues to generating Ring Back Tone when "#" key is pressed.

When CUCM sends MGCP RQNT command with the following parameter, Voice GW stops generating Ring Back Tone when "#" key is pressed.

R: D/[0-9ABCD*#], DT/rel 
S: G/rt
Q: process,loop

Since in the RQNT, digits notification is requested, GW should report the digit but the ring back tone should not be stopped.
