Description (partial)

 When AC Power Unit is inserted into the slot P0 with turning OFF a Power Switch
 and "show platform" command,
 P0 indicate "ok",although  keep turning OFF a power supply.

after P0 OIR.

 This Symptom occurs only by RP1 and P0. It does not occur in P1.(It does not
occur in RP2.)
