Description (partial)

On Windows 7, Anyconnect is used with auto-reconnect and reconnect on resume (after standby) options in anyconnect profile. When VPN server is available, Anyconnect connects automatically. After PC standby and resume it attempts to reconnect. If after resume, VPN server is not available, Anyconnect also attempts to reconnect but unsuccessfully. Problem is that these unsuccessful reconnection attempts are affecting direct conectivity which exists when tunnel is down. Pings are dropped every 10-15 seconds, other applications are also affected. On Windows XP, problem does not exist (unsuccessful reconnection attempts do not affect connectivity).

- Windows 7 only. Issue is not observed on Windows XP.
- auto-reconnect and reconnect on resume options are enabled in anyconnect profile
- after standby/resume, reconnect attempts are unsuccessfull
