Callback does not work between Siemens HiPath and HiCom PBXs if call back APDUs transit through Call Manager

Siemens HiPath and HiCOM PBXs uses MWI APDUs with proprietary extensions to activate call back. CCM was removing the extensions added to MWI APDUs while these APDUs transit through QSIG enabled MGCP GW and hence call back was not activated on these PBXs.
