Cisco Bug: CSCtd58929 - EIGRP SNMP traps no longer generated after ION restart
Jan 30, 2016
- Cisco IOS
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When "snmp-server enable traps eigrp" is configured, EIGRP will send SNMP traps when a route gets stuck-in-active. However, after an ION process restart is performed, EIGRP will no longer send traps until this command is removed and restored. Traps are still correctly generated after a reload. Conditions: This appears to be an issue specific to ION restarts.
