CAR DB Audit Logs are still generated even after disabling Audit Logging via Audit Log Configuration

After Enabling DB Audit logging both CCM and CAR DB instances start to log Audit Logs in to the activelog audit/informixauditlogs/ folder. Upon disabling the Audit Logging CCM DB instance stops logging audit logs however CAR DB continues to write them. This condition could lead to the Common disk partition low disk space and LPM HWM may be reached.
