Description (partial)

Normal procedure on a hardware failure is to RMA the failed unit and replace it with the new entity. On replacing the failed unit, the user needs to install the software from the recovery CD on to the new Server. In addition, the user also needs to install software from the recovery CD onto the original Standby Server as well. Following this, the user restores from a backup of the system taken earlier to get it onto the steady state
Failure of a CPAM Server which was originally set up as "Active" Server
