Last Modified

Jul 04, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service

Known Affected Releases

8.0(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:

AXL authentication failure and intercluster peer links broken

Conditions:

Most AXL/Intercluster testing was done with the standard preconfigured application user which has assigned Groups (Standard CUP Super Users) and Roles (Standard AXL API Access, Standard CCM Admin Users, Standard CCMADMIN Administration, Standard CUReporting, Standard SERVICEABILITY Administration).

If an application user has assigned groups of Intercluster peer + Standard AXL API Access this may cause an AXL authentication failure
