Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Chopper FPGA upgrade of standby RP is issued using the CLI "upgrade hw-module slot <standby-slot> <FPD-package-with-path>" in a SSO testbed running traffic, tacebacks pointing to driver sync failures and checkpoint failures might be seen.

Conditions:
Only on  issuing Chopper FPGA upgrade of standby RP is issued using the CLI "upgrade hw-module slot <standby-slot> <FPD-package-with-path>"
